Acharya Atma Ram ji Maharaj was the complete form of lord Mahavir who followed the path or truth, Non-violence and self control. Born in 1883 on the twelfth day of Shukl Paksha in 1882 in jalandhar. He belonged to the Kashtriya family. Parents were Sh. Mansa Ram ji & Smt. Parmashwari Devi ji. After their death at the age of 11, Maharajji contributed his life in guru's feet (Sh. Shali Ram ji Maharaj).
The divine soul got a supernatural vision due to his previous life Karma's and also Yog sadhna in the Younger age. He expericed Dhyan Samadhi so deeply that he had no feeling of his body. He was givien a post of "Upadhayaya" in Amritsar at the age of 30. Also got a designation of "Jain Samrat in all India Jain Sadhu Conference.
He did the welfare of society by writing many books in very easy local languages. These were Dashvakalipv, Utradhyan, Nandiji, Anuyogdwar, Acharange Sutra, Kritang Shanang, Vipak ji etc. The body of Maharaj ji left this mortal world on 30th jan 1962 . Though he is not plysically with us his teachings & Guidance always inspiring us.
